- When do I get my free consultation?
Call us to schedule your free consultation, we like to be as prompt as possible, however please allow us up to 48 hours to return your call. During your consultation we will ask you questions about your business, your needs, and what your objectives are so we can assist you with your video marketing needs. - What service do I buy if I need a video?
We have several packages depending upon your needs. If one of our standard packages does not fit your needs, we will be happy to customize a package for you. - What service do I buy if I already have video?
If you already have shot some video, but are not sure what to do with it, call us to schedule your free consultation, it is possible that one of our editing packages may be just what you need. - Do you have examples of produced videos?
Yes, please visit our YouTube, Vimeo or Gallery page for previously produced videos. - How can I compare services?
Call us and we’ll be happy to discuss your project ideas, and send you a service comparison sheet. Or you can request one by using our contact form. - Do you guarantee you will increase my sales and/or traffic?
Clients who choose our services often see a bump in the traffic to their website within the first 3 months. Some clients also see a bump in sales. However each business, and each video is different, so we cannot guarantee that we will increase a specific amount of sales in traffic. Results vary between each client and the type of video they choose. - I don’t live in your area, can you still help me?
Yes, call us to schedule your free consultation. We have videographers and photographers in several areas of the country, and even if we don’t currently service your area, one of our many other options may be able to help you. We have clients all over the country from New Jersey to to Florida to Texas. - How soon do I need to schedule your services?
Depending on how soon you need your video to be completed we ask that you give us at least a two week notice to schedule your shoot. In some instances we can accommodate less time, but this will often incur a rush fee. - What kind of a YouTube channel will you create?
If your business does not already have a YouTube channel, we will happily create one for you. This includes a description of your business, your website address, your logo, and a style that matches the style and branding of your current website. We will also optimize any video that we post to your channel. - What kind of experience do you have?

If one of our packages does not work for your needs, calls us to discuss creating a custom package for your video marketing campaign. - How can I get help/support?
Call us, we’re more than happy to help. However please be advised that we are a growing company much like the clients that we help. So please allow us up to 24 hours to return your phone call. - What is video marketing?
Video marketing is the process of promoting your video on the internet using various online marketing techniques. This includes distributing the video, optimizing it, and marketing it online so people can find it which helps boost your business. - What kind of video am I getting/how long will it be?
Most of the videos we produce will be a short presentation (about 1 minute long) about your business. However, depending on your businesses needs we have many other types of videos we produce, including feature length DVD’s, training videos, music videos and web based infomercials. - Can you come to my place to shoot video for my business, band, etc?
Yes, many of the videos we produce will be shot on your businesses location. If there are certain requirements that don’t fit our standard packages, we can shoot at other locations, or obtain studio space to fit your needs. - Can I send you pictures/video/music for the video?
Yes! We highly recommend sending us anything that you want specifically included in the video. If you don’t have pictures, we can certainly include taking photos as part of your custom package. However when it comes to music, we would need to discuss what kind of music you wish to send. Licensing can be extremely costly for popular music, and often times is rejected or goes unanswered by the labels. We have a vast library of soundtracks and effects which is included in all of our video packages. - How long does it take to produce my video?
Depending on what kind of video you are producing the entire process can be as short as 1 week or as long as 12 weeks. In certain circumstances (like producing a documentary for example) the process can take up to a year or more. - What if I don’t like the video?
As part of the process clients are entitled to 2 rounds of edits if necessary. We try our best to keep our customers happy (and have so far), but you may always make changes during any stage of the creation process if you don’t like it. Once the master footage is shoot however, only changes to the final edited product can be made. Additional shoot dates will be billed at $75/hour per videographer, and edits beyond the complimentary 2 will also be billed at our standard rate of $75/hour. - Can you make edits?
Yes, all of our produced videos include 2 complimentary rounds of edits. After those, our standard rate will be applied at $75/hour. If your information should change in the future contact information edits to the videos can be made for as little as $25. - My video had issues/problems, can you edit and fix it?
If there is a problem with a video we have delivered to you please let us know within 10 days of receipt so that we may correct the problem. If your own video has problems/issues, call us and we can discuss the problem, in many times it is a simple fix that we can certainly take care of. - Do you offer training on Video Marketing, using a camera/camcorder, etc?
At this time we are currently expanding to include training courses in the Tampa Bay area. However we can certainly recommend several texts that can help you to create better video.
Billing Questions:
- How much does your service cost?
We have many packages available. However each video is as unique as the client we serve, so rates can vary depending on your specific needs. Each project is considered on a case by case basis, and our goal is to produce the best quality video for our clients without breaking their budget. - What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept almost all forms of payment including: Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MC, AmEx), PayPal, Google Checkout, and we even barter on ITEX for which many of our services are available on full or partial trade. - Are fees due in advance?
We do not ask for fees in advance of signing the contract. However upon contract your deposit of 50% is due at that time. We do offer a 10% discount on services paid in full in advance. - Can you send me an invoice?
Yes we will send you a quote with the contract, and an invoice with your deliverables. - Can I get a discount/coupon?
We have many coupons on Google, Yelp, and occasionally on our website. We do offer a 10% discount on services paid in full in advance. - Can I cancel and get a refund?
As long as no creative services have yet been rendered you are entitled to a full refund for any of our video marketing packages. In the case of special events, if you have booked a specific date and placed a deposit to hold that date, your deposit will not be refunded. You may reschedule, as long as that date is available; a transfer fee of $175 will be charged to your account. - What if I have a question not listed here?
